Post-Graduate 2-Year Pharmacy Fellowship

The Hispanic Center of Excellence in Pharmacy Fellowship is a 2-year pharmacy fellowship program designed to train and mentor a fellow through both clinical activities and academic research focused on reducing health disparities. The HCEP Fellow will rotate amongst several clinical practices but the main clinical practice will be with Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP). IEHP will provide the fellow with training in population health to positively impact the health care needs of regional Hispanic populations and provide the fellow with significant health disparities research. These experiences will well-position the fellow as an outstanding faculty candidate by the end of the second year of the fellowship.
