Assignment Specifics:
Full-time
13+ weeks temp to perm
Housing/Travel reimbursement/meal-stipend provided
Job Duties:
Review and monitor patients medication therapy and orders written by appropriate prescribers.
Advise healthcare professionals of any issues with patients medication therapy and provide recommendations.
Prepare, label, and dispense medications for patients in accordance with physicians prescriptions.
Provide drug information and educate caregivers, patients and students regarding their medication and their proper use and monitoring.
Requirements:
Active Pharmacist license in the state of Idaho
At least 2+ years experience in a Hospital Inpatient Pharmacy setting
