Position: Pharmacist - Hospital

Key Responsibilities: As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in our multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing services such as:
- Oversight, monitoring, preparation, dispensing, and documentation of patient medication therapy
- Advising physicians on matters related to drug usage and control within assigned hospital locations
- Providing drug information, patient information, and oversight of information and dispensing processes and systems
- Clinical practices including dosing and monitoring of anticoagulants, antimicrobials, total parenteral nutrition, patient-controlled analgesia, and more.
Position Qualifications: To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Possess a pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution
- pleted a PGY1 pharmacy residency or have equivalent hospital practice experience
- Pharmacy licensure or eligibility in Indiana is required
- High level of clinical practice skills
- Enthusiasm for teaching
- Interpersonal skills needed to interact effectively with students, health professionals, and patients
