RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist with a background in inpatient and acute care settings to join our team in Oregon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, reviewing patient medication regimens, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes in an acute care hospital environment.
Shift: Monday Friday; 8:00am 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
Prepare and dispense medications for inpatient care
Review and monitor patient medication therapies to ensure safety and efficacy
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide clinical support and medication counseling
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for acute care settings
Qualifications:
PharmD degree from an accredited institution
Active Pharmacist license in the state of Oregon
Experience in inpatient hospital and acute care settings
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
