Soliant Health is seeking individuals like you to join a critical access hospital in Washington for an exhilarating 13-week travel contract. Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch pharmaceutical care services to inpatients under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy.
  • Review medication orders meticulously, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Expertly pound and dispense medications according to established protocols.
  • Monitor patient profiles and medication therapies closelyto identify and mitigate adverse reactions, drug interactions, and therapeutic duplications.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outes.
  • Actively participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and regulatory pliance activities.

Qualifications:
An active Oregon Pharmacist License is a must.
  • Bring to the table a minimum of 1-2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience.
  • Possess robust clinical knowledge and a solid understanding of pharmacy operations.
  • Showcase excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility is critical be ready to adapt to new environments and workflows quickly.
