Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch pharmaceutical care services to inpatients under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy.
- Review medication orders meticulously, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Expertly pound and dispense medications according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient profiles and medication therapies closelyto identify and mitigate adverse reactions, drug interactions, and therapeutic duplications.
- Collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outes.
- Actively participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and regulatory pliance activities.
Qualifications:
An active Oregon Pharmacist License is a must.
- Bring to the table a minimum of 1-2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience.
- Possess robust clinical knowledge and a solid understanding of pharmacy operations.
- Showcase excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility is critical be ready to adapt to new environments and workflows quickly.
