Preferred Qualifications:
- PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Long-Term Care pharmacy experience
- State pharmacy license in good standing (remote work eligibility)

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for remote interactions
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in LTC settings
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
- Provide remote clinical pharmacy services tailored to the unique needs of long-term care residents
- Collaborate remotely with healthcare teams, including physicians and nursing staff
- Conduct remote medication reviews and consultations for optimal therapeutic outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in long-term care pharmacy
- Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and communication
