We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Manager ready to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our vibrant team located in Columbia, Tennessee (South of Nashville).

Your Mission:
- Lead with Passion: Supervise, inspire, and mentor a team of dedicated pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and a residency program.
- Shape the Future: Develop and implement innovative clinical protocols and services that set new standards in patient care.
- Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare to optimize medication policies/procedures and enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate and Elevate: Provide ongoing training and guidance, performance improvement activities, and ensure everyone is informed and empowered about medication use.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest in clinical pharmacy practices for safe, appropriate, cost-effective medication therapies under the general direction of the Director of Pharmacy.
