Teaching Assistant/Associate Professor (Pharmacotherapy)

The Division of Pharmacotherapy and Experimental Therapeutics (DPET) within the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy is hiring a fixed-term Assistant/Associate Professor (with a teaching focus) in the area of pharmacotherapy. The ideal candidate will have training and expertise in either a therapeutic area of focus, special patient populations or precision medicine/pharmacogenomics, and the ability and desire to teach topics that span across multiple areas. Specific teaching responsibilities will be driven by both the needs of the PharmD program as well as the expertise and interests of the faculty member. In addition to dedicating a significant proportion of their responsibilities to teaching activities, the faculty member will also have responsibilities in research and scholarship, professional service, and, if applicable, patient care. The effort allocation in these areas would be tailored to the expertise and professional goals of the faculty member.
