MT- Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist

Job Description:

This is a position working in our hospital pharmacy providing high quality, cost effective, pharmaceutical and/or related services to patients, physicians and appropriate customer groups. Also, participates in the ongoing assessment, planning, and treatment of patients and to provide support to patients, patient's family, medical staff team and other appropriate persons. To maintain accurate and adequate documentation of services provided. Position takes rotating call as required. Must have a currently active Montana Pharmacist License and 2 years' experience of working within a hospital pharmacy setting. Must have knowledge of the Meditech Expanse EHR system.
