This full-time in-person position will be responsible for managing the Clinical Pharmacogenomics Implementation Consortium (CPIC) and collaborative-related projects supporting the safe use of drugs and pharmacogenomics nationally and internationally.
The Program Manager-Pharmacy Specialist will support CPIC and other projects activities by:

Leading and coordinating the development of CPIC’s internationally recognized pharmacogenomic clinical practice guidelines according to Standard Operation Procedures.

Summarizing and curating literature for CPIC guidelines.

Assisting the St. Jude pharmacogenomics program leaders to develop a pediatric cancer drug safety collaborative.

Utilizing implementation science tools to evaluate and report implementation outcomes for CPIC and collaborative activities.

Coordinating CPIC activities such a organizing conference calls, preparing agendas and minutes and providing other support for CPIC PIs.

Presenting at relevant national and international meeting and conferences.
The ideal candidate will have:

Pharm.D., with PGY1 or PGY2 training.

Track record of reviewing scientific data, writing and publishing peer-reviewed manuscripts.

Experience in pediatric and/or implementation science desired but not required.
Minimum Education and/or Training:
-
Requires one of the following:
-
Pharm.D. accredited by the American Council of Pharmacy Education with PGY2 residency

Eight (8) years of pharmacy practice experience at St. Jude or a comparable institution
Minimum Experience:
-
Pediatric and/or oncology experience preferred.

Proven experience in earlier role/comparable role.
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $104,000 - $186,160 per year for the role of Program Manager - Pharmacy Specialist, Clinical Pharmacogenetics Implementation Consortium.
