As Manager, Pharmacy Services, you will develop, maintain, enhance, and oversee identified area(s) within the pharmacy department that can include:

• Collaboration with medical staff
• Clinical services of the department, medication safety, quality and regulatory compliance for the department.

Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing corporate strategies for identified area (s) within department: pharmacy operations, clinical services, regulatory compliance and/or medication safety and quality. Play an integral role in ensuring quality and patient safety regarding medication management at site. You will be charged with developing and implement process improvement in identified areas for the department.

This is a Full-Time (Salary) Manager position located in Chula Vista.  The hours are flexible day shift with some variability depending on the meeting calendar.
