Pharmacist

Pride Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist!
This is a contract to perm position placement.

Location: Irving, Texas
Hours: 3PM-11PM
Schedule: Monday thur Friday
Work Completed On-Site

Provide clinical pharmacy advice and guidance:
- Verify both IV and oral prescriptions against prescriber orders.
- Ensure accuracy of compounded medications prepared in the clean room
- Reach out to patients and address issues or questions
- Prepare medications and supplies to be dispensed
- Perform clinical review of lab data and make appropriate recommendations
- Perform intermediate and final checks on prescriptions
- Knowledge of IV medications to include stability and appropriate use

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. Pharm D or RPh degree
2. Texas Board of Pharmacy license
3. ACCP approved sterile compounding license
4. Minimum 3 years as Licensed RPH
5. Minimum 1 year Home Infusion or hospital experience
