Located in Morgantown, West Virginia, West Virginia University (WVU) Hospitals is the largest hospital in the WVU Medicine family and the flagship academic medical center.
WVU Hospitals’ Department of Pharmacy has an opening for a full-time internal medicine clinical pharmacy specialist. This position is responsible for all patient care services related to one of five internal medicine academic teams. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, patient work-up and review, academic team rounds, transitions of care services, precepting and education of students and residents, and overall medication management related to patients on service.
