Overview

Seeking a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist in Northern California to perform advanced clinical pharmacy duties to ensure the optimal delivery of oncologic and non-oncologic agents in a clinic-based setting and promote high-quality, evidence-based, cost-effective pharmaceutical care. This includes but is not limited to ensuring the accuracy and safety of chemotherapy admixture, reviewing and coordinating of oral oncological agents, chemotherapy order review and verification, inventory management, and therapeutic drug monitoring.
