Job Description
Flexible Pharmacy Staffing is seeking an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist for a Health Clinic medical leave coverage staffing assignment in Oregon City, OR (just south of Portland). Position starts overlap training ASAP and anticipated to go for about 3 months (approx. thru October/November, or when the medical leave ends).
This is a "dream gig", folks. If you've done jobs like this, or if you are looking to utilize your training more-fully, get some "street cred" to beef up your cv, please consider this project!

Schedule Details:
-Flex within M-F normal shifts between hours of 8:00am-7:00pm, 32hours/week
-Ideally a hybrid of remote and in office 50/50, but some room for flexibility on this, too
-Client should have some staff available to train through August.
Project Start Date Notes:
- Possibly start training ASAP. Working independently towards end of August.
Clinical Pharmacist Duties:
-No filling of prescriptions
-Assist with PA's
-Execute CDTM protocols
-Work with Care Teams
-May rotate among clinics, including in-person consultations
Ideal qualifications and Experience for Clinical Pharmacist Position (don't be shy if you don't match all of these, as relatable experience counts):
-Experience with CDTM (Collaborative Drug Therapy Management) Agreements
-Diabetes
-Hyperlipidemia
-Hepatitis C
-Smoking Cessation
-TBD (5th CDTM)
Experience with EPIC software
-Epic is usually found in hospital settings, but found more and more in ambulatory pharmacy settings
-Experience working with Care Teams
-Experience with Prior Authorization Processing
-Ambulatory Care Residency
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
- Light to moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 25 lbs.) -Heavier weights with assistance
- Repetitive motions and/or prolonged computer use
- Working at a fast pace, subject to many interruptions and both physical and mental stress
- All jobs currently require clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
