Job Description
A wonderful hospital located South of Yakima, WA has an excellent opportunity for a full-time, permanent Clinical Pharmacist. Offering 40 hours a week with a $3,000 sign on bonus!

Pay: $57.55-$82.06 Hourly

Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity:

• Plays a vital role in patient care treatment through drug therapy services
  
• Integrates the provision of pharmaceutical care team to assure optimal drug therapy outcome
  
• Clinical and pharmacokinetic laboratory data to evaluate efficiency of drug therapy and anticipate side effects, toxicity, or adverse effects
  
• Provides age and educationally appropriate patient education and counseling on request regarding drug therapy selection and management
  
• Performs all duties in a manner which align with the department and organizational mission, vision and values
  

Clinical Pharmacist Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited School of Pharmacy
  
• Registration and license from WA State Board of Pharmacy
  
• BLS Certification
  
• Clinical Pharmacy Experience
