Job Description
A great critical access hospital 4 hours northwest of Broken Bow, Nebraska is hiring for a permanent, full-time Clinical Pharmacist. $56-$70/hr. DOE. Come join a team that is dedicated to providing quality care to a diverse population!

Hourly Pay: $56-$70/hr

Day Shift, on-call pay

The Clinical Pharmacist Position:

• Works in collaboration with other providers to deliver comprehensive medication management that optimizes patient outcomes
  
• Identifies medication-related problems such as appropriateness of drug, dose, route, frequency, duration
  
• Monitors patient response to therapy
  
• Provides accurate and adequate drug information to other multi-disciplinary team members and drug educational information to patients and their families
  
• Provides support in areas of inpatient pharmacy, outpatient infusion, oncology, dialysis, specialty outpatient clinics, and surgery
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy
  
• Registered Pharmacist in the state of Nebraska
  
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certified (ACLS)
  
• Basic Life Support certified (BLS)
  
• Previous clinical experience preferred
