Your primary responsibility in this Clinical Pharmacist role is to ensure that patients receive safe and appropriate medication therapy, helping them manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, Hep C, and others. You will also lead and mentor PGY1 residents and students on IPPE and APPE rotations.
What you'll do:
- Work in a primary care setting 50% of the time
- Provide staff pharmacist services in the pharmacy 1 day/week
- Manage the PGY1 residency program
- Help manage Population Health metrics, and participate on P&T, Med Management, and other related committees
What we offer:
- Salary ranges from $130,000 - $133,560, and can go higher for highly experienced candidates
- $0 premium for comprehensive medical/dental/vision/pharmacy coverage, 17 days paid time off in 1st year plus 8 paid holidays and paid sick time

Your qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; Pharm D Degree preferred.
- Current WA State Pharmacist License.
- 3 year's experience working as a licensed pharmacist -OR- you have a complement of residency plus one year of experience.
- The ideal candidate has Board Certification, is residency-trained, and has experience in community or ambulatory pharmacy practice.
- You are computer-savvy and are a subject matter expert in drug therapy.
