Primary Responsibilities:


    Oversees the activities of pharmacy technicians, pharmacy clerks and customer service advocates
    Organizes workload, sets priorities, completes assignments in a timely manner and utilizes resources appropriately while complying with department program standards
    Performs all duties and functions in compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
    Conforms with and supports department quality assurance and improvement guidelines

    MUST BE WILLING TO WORK DAY AND EVENING SHIFTS

    Required Qualifications:


      BS in pharmacy or PharmD degree
      Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in state of Texas
      1+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist
      Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance

      Preferred Qualifications:


        PBM or managed care experience
        Home delivery, fulfillment
        High-volume retail pharmacy experience
        Automated equipment experience
