Job Requirements:
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree, PharmD, PGY1 residency
Required Certification/Registration
Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist in Louisiana
Nice to have: PGY2 Ambulatory Care residency, AAHIVP, Board certification in pharmacotherapy, ambulatory care, or infectious diseases.
