Job Description:

Manage a team of 10-12 Employees.

• Hire, Train and Manage technicians
• Must conduct clinical assessment on patients
• Complete Patient Data reporting: Reporting back to Manufactures, Health Plans, PBM, and Accreditation Companies
• Responsible for Different functions thru Collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM)
• Develop Clinical Pharmacy Therapy Programs in accordance to regulations and policies
• Consult on Dosages Protocols on Retail & Specialty Medications & Complex Chronic Disease States
• Assess the results of pharmaceutical/ medical treatment for entire patient profile and achieve exceptional outcomes to improve patient therapy.

Job Requirements

• 2 years previous experience as a clinical pharmacist
• Current New Jersey Clinical pharmacist license and residency training
• Must have familiarity of drug administration and safety procedures
• Minimum 2 years experience & Knowledge of Specialty Medications and Prior Authorization Process
• Experience in management of Audits (and perform random Audits to maintain full compliance)
• Home infusion dispensing experience & Hemophilia dispensing experience
• Experience in Inventory Ordering and Management
