Bachelors degree from an accredited school of pharmacy, Pharm.D. preferred Current active Pharmacist license (Colorado) Minimum three years of experience as an oncology pharmacist & PGY1 completion Strong clinical oncology pharmacy knowledge & experience Completion of a PGY2 in Oncology preferred Board Certified in Oncology (BCOP) preferred Demonstrate interpersonal, collaborative, and problem solving skills Commitment to professionalism and dedicated desire to advance patient careAll qualified candidates are required to pass a background check and non-federal drug test (which excludes marijuana) post offer of employment and prior to hire.The US Oncology Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
