Responsibilities include drug distribution and drug therapy monitoring for NICU, PICU General Pediatrics, Pediatric CV Surgery ICU, and Pediatric Hemeonc patients. The pharmacist will also participate in learner education and supervise technician staff. Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience includes at least two years of relevant pharmacy practice experience. Computer experience. Commitment to excellence, accuracy, attention to detail and team work. Ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively with others, organize time well, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision.

**Visa sponsorship is not available for this position; also, Mayo Clinic does not participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program** The following are preferred: Completion of an accredited pharmacy residency. Experience of working in a large, progressive academic medical center. History of scholarly activities including publication and scientific meeting presentations. Experience and / or interest in teaching. License to practice Pharmacy in the State of Minnesota or eligibility for licensure.
