Overview:

Manager Pharmacy Compliance Services responsibilities include: Oversight and management of compliance services that include 340B, DEA/FDA/BOP, TJC/CMS/URAC, USP and other regulatory agencies. Supports creation, implementation, and auditing of pharmacy Policies and Procedures. Collaborates with organizational compliance and regulatory leaders to proactively lead compliance with relevant pharmacy and other relevant regulations. Supports pharmacy operations across enterprise to ensure best practices in compliance.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Pharmacy BS or PharmD. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum two years hospital pharmacist and/or one year successful supervisory/management experience in healthcare system required.

Licensure/certification/registration: Licensed to practice pharmacy in the applicable state(s) and in good standing with the state board required.

Additional skills required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed.
