Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversight of all clinical components of oncology prescription orders
• Oversee the activities of pharmacy technicians, pharmacy clerks and customer service advocates
• Perform all duties and functions in compliance with state and Federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Support department quality assurance and improvement guidelines

Success in this role will depend heavily upon your customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to work a variety of shifts based on need.

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree
• Current and unrestricted pharmacist licensure in the State of AZ
• 1+ years of Residency or 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting
• Able to work various shifts (as needed)
• If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharm D
• PBM or Managed Care experience
• Call center experience
• Sterile compounding experience
• Infusion
• CPR+
